Biography

Frank has seen a lot in his 10 years as a professional rugby league player. In the course of playing over 20 Tests for New Zealand and 200+ NRL games, he has been 18th man for the Penrith Panthers in an NRL grand final, he’s missed a World Cup through injury, he’s won a Four Nations championship with the Kiwis, and he’s taken the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs to an NRL grand final.

A second-rower with big shoulders and slick off-loading skills, Frank is at the stage of his career where he knows he has to work hard to keep the results coming. You’ll regularly find him doing extras outside his team trainings.

Frank, who played in the NRL All Stars match in 2012, turns 30 during RLWC2013. Having missed the 2008 World Cup with shoulder problems, he’ll be hungry to make sure everything counts this time. He was the players’ player of the day when the Kiwis met the Kangaroos in April.
