Tonga have announced arguably their strongest ever squad for an international tournament as they look to deliver on their potential at Rugby League World Cup 2013.
Victory over Samoa in an international earlier this year has heightened expectations ahead of the tournament, and Tonga will fancy their chances of progressing from Group C and into the knock-out stages of the tournament.
Manly's Brent Kite will captain the team and he is joined in the team by Sea Eagles team-mate Mahe Fonua, and a host of stars from the NRL, including former Kiwi and 2008 Rugby League World Cup winner Sika Manu.
There's a strong representation through the inclusion of Huddersfield's Ukuma Ta'ai, Hull KR's Mickey Paea and SaintsT' Willie Manu, while Sydney Havea flies the flag for domestic Tongan Rugby League.
Tonga face Scotland at Derwent Park in Workington on October 29, Cook Islands at Leigh Sports Village on November 5 and Italy at The Shay in Halifax on November 10.
